ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale automation and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, align strategic objectives with operational execution, and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical programs in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your Mission
As an Agile Program Manager, you will play a central role in structuring, coordinating, and accelerating the delivery of automation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team composed of business, process, and technical profiles
- Organizing and prioritizing work streams to maximize efficiency and business value
- Managing multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives
- Establishing and maintaining a pragmatic governance framework, including reporting, risk management, decision-making processes, and performance monitoring
- Coordinating Program Increment planning activities and participating in steering committees
- Managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams
- Structuring, capturing, and prioritizing unplanned work and Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities
- Acting as the primary point of coordination between delivery teams, PMO, management, and business stakeholders
- Producing clear and actionable program reporting, status updates, and governance deliverables
- Coaching and supporting team members to increase autonomy, maturity, and delivery capabilities
- Ensuring alignment between program initiatives, organizational strategy, business objectives, architecture standards, and security requirements
- Facilitating collaboration and communication between operational teams and executive stakeholders
- Taking a pragmatic and hands-on approach to removing obstacles and driving tangible results
Your Profile
You have:
- Extensive experience as a Program Manager in complex environments
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery models, program governance, and portfolio management
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a project-based environment
- Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills, including in non-hierarchical contexts
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, budgets, risks, and dependencies simultaneously
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
- Experience coordinating strategic roadmaps and ensuring business alignment
- Ability to quickly understand complex organizational, business, and technical environments
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- A pragmatic mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking and operational execution
- Understanding of software development and backend-oriented environments
- Fluency in both French and Dutch
