AISB-895 Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Define and structure end-to-end user journeys.
  • Transform user journeys into features, screens, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Write Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, developers, architects, and QA teams.
  • Prepare functional inputs required for screen and solution design.
  • Identify complex scenarios, exceptions, edge cases, and specific requirements.
  • Ensure traceability between business needs, features, screens, and development.
  • Participate in Agile workshops, backlog refinements, and validation phases.
  • Support QA/UAT activities.
  • Maintain clear and structured functional documentation.

Required Profile

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst Digital / Mobile.
  • Strong experience working on complex mobile projects.
  • Experience defining user journeys and digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and technical teams.
  • Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work with business, product, and delivery teams.
