Main Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Define and structure end-to-end user journeys.
- Transform user journeys into features, screens, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Write Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, developers, architects, and QA teams.
- Prepare functional inputs required for screen and solution design.
- Identify complex scenarios, exceptions, edge cases, and specific requirements.
- Ensure traceability between business needs, features, screens, and development.
- Participate in Agile workshops, backlog refinements, and validation phases.
- Support QA/UAT activities.
- Maintain clear and structured functional documentation.
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst Digital / Mobile.
- Strong experience working on complex mobile projects.
- Experience defining user journeys and digital experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and technical teams.
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work with business, product, and delivery teams.
