At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic environment focused on delivering innovative and customer-centric financial solutions. You will play a key role in bridging business and IT, contributing to the development of digital products and services within a highly collaborative Agile setup.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, business experts) to define efficient and scalable solutions
- Contribute to the definition of product vision, concepts, and OKRs
- Support business case development and value estimation of initiatives
- Design and document functional solutions and process improvements
- Define and validate acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
- Ensure alignment between scope, delivery, and business objectives
- Support testing activities and ensure solution quality and consistency
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Client-oriented with a focus on delivering value and outcomes
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Languages: Dutch (native), French (good), English (fluent)
