We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join our team and oversee testing activities across multiple projects. You will ensure that all test phases, from planning to reporting, are executed efficiently and align with established testing governance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Test Plans for assigned projects and supervise their execution by internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the initiation and closure of test phases for each project.
- Organize and monitor testing activities, coordinating both internal IT and business teams as well as external service providers.
- Ensure all test activities are completed accurately, including preparation, execution, and reporting across different applications and test types.
- Track and address test-related issues daily, escalating risks, blockers, and impacts as needed.
- Ensure proper handover of test documentation to maintenance teams upon project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Capability to enforce testing governance while adapting to varying levels of maturity among internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing, including multiple levels of testing (development, integration, acceptance).
- Fluent in French (C2 level minimum).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test Coordinator role.
Desired Skills
- Experience managing external service providers.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
- Background in the energy sector.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
