Position Context
This role is part of a project aimed at strengthening IT resilience and ensuring continuity of critical services. The position is embedded in a multidisciplinary team focused on IT security and continuity, operating in an Agile environment. The main objective is to guarantee the ability to respond and recover from critical incidents affecting applications or data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure IT applications and services can withstand critical failures or cyber incidents.
- Collaborate with application owners to create, maintain, and validate Critical Recovery Books (CRB) and Disaster Recovery (DR) unitary exercise documents.
- Identify gaps in continuity plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as the main contact for multiple teams on all resiliency topics.
- Monitor infrastructure and application changes affecting continuity deliverables.

Participate in transversal DR exercises, including:
- Validation of CRBs and preparation of exercises.
- Detailed capacity analysis of infrastructure components across data centers.
- Coordination with stakeholders to collect required information.
- Planning exercises, risk identification, and mitigation measures.
- Contribute to the creation of the Master Run Book (MRB) by consolidating actions from all CRBs.
- Facilitate the execution of DR exercises, including evening and weekend sessions several times per year.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a resiliency engineer or in similar roles (security, operations, IT architecture).
- Strong interest in IT resiliency and ability to communicate expectations and challenges clearly to stakeholders.

Solid technical expertise and IT architecture knowledge:
- Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud
- Application development and databases
- Middleware
- Stakeholder management, communication, and technical documentation skills (diagrams, processes, procedures).
- Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork, and knowledge-sharing attitude.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
Location and Constraints
- On-site role, with participation in exercises outside regular hours.
- Limited remote work depending on operational requirements.
