Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Operations
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Administration of the Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Managing licensing and resource usage across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Implementing and maintaining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Supporting the definition and documentation of operational processes
- Ensuring platform availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational security standards
Additional responsibilities may extend beyond this scope as the modernization program evolves.
Objectives of the Role
- Support the transition from traditional End User Services to fully cloud‑based Microsoft 365 services
- Integrate security‑by‑design into all aspects of the modern workplace
- Optimize collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency across the organization
- Contribute to the establishment of a robust operating model for cloud‑based End User Services
- Collaborate closely with the Modern Apps Team Technical Lead and Cloud Operations Center
Your Profile
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 service management and administration
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience managing Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Understanding of licensing, compliance, and data protection mechanisms within Microsoft 365
Soft Skills
- Structured and autonomous work style
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multi‑disciplinary environment
- Clear communicator with the ability to document processes and best practices
Security Requirements
- Must hold a valid NATO SECRET Security Clearance

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
