We are looking for a talented Process Expert to join our Agile Process Coaching team. As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Strengthen IT excellence by defining and maintaining processes aligned with organizational frameworks.
  • Coach colleagues and stakeholders to optimize and simplify processes across the organization.
  • Support process maturity assessments and contribute to clear, high-quality process documentation.
  • Influence how Agile ways of working are implemented and evolve at the heart of the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and standardize IT processes (delivery management, sourcing, risk, and security management).
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and external regulations, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Apply process improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Certifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Optional certifications: Lean, IT framework

Experience:

  • At least 10 years in IT delivery, production, or related areas
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex matters
  • Proven experience in process improvement and IT frameworks
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., National Bank, EU regulations) is a plus
  • Experience in the banking sector is desirable but not required

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communicator, collaborative, and customer-oriented
  • Structured, goal-oriented, accurate, and quality-minded
  • Able to work independently and lead initiatives
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders

Work Arrangement:

  • Onsite in Brussels (~50%) and remote (~50%)
