As a Medior Software Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, stability, and deployment of critical software solutions. What we’re looking for in you:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, particularly in writing acceptance tests.
- Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, involved roles, and tools.
- Proficiency in at least one Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- French or Dutch as your primary language, with at least a basic knowledge of the other, and of English.
- A strong yet collaborative personality with effective communication skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset, rigorous but pragmatic.
- A continuous learning attitude, eager to share knowledge and help others grow.
Your main responsibilities:
- Write tests based on existing or to-be-defined acceptance criteria.
- Create test cases and scenarios to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Organize testing phases with end users and business stakeholders.
- Analyze test results, document bugs, risks, and improvement points.
- Contribute to the professionalization of testing environments and the sharing of best practices.
- Provide clear and structured technical documentation.
Key skills:
- Experience with a variety of testing tools.

- Strong background in reporting, result analysis, and quality feedback.
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in applying industry best practices.
Specific requirements:
- Belgian nationality is mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain a “Top Secret” security clearance (fully covered).
