The mission
The Scrum Master ensures the proper use and application of the Agile Methodology. He/She coaches the Project Team along with the business lines and stakeholders.
- Coach the team and ensure the overall use, understanding and application of the Scrum methodology by the team in order to maximise the outcome of the project
- Ensure a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the project team to deal with any obstacles that may arise
- Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog
- Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
Your profile
Technical skills :
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar function (e.g. Coach or project manager)
- Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban)
- You speak fluently English AND French or Dutch
- Scrum certification is a serious asset
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira)
- Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology
