Your tasks :

Within the team, you will provide initial IT experience and 1st and 2nd level support to all.
You manage the incident and problem management process on a daily basis. You register support requests in the IT ticketing tool. You follow up on the status of processing and provide solutions in due time.
You carry out hardware deployments, hardware maintenance tasks and installations independently.
You are in constant contact with 3rd level specialists.
You use system analysis and monitoring tools.

The qualities expected:

• You have at least 2 years experience in supporting IT users.
• You are a reliable team player. You have a passion for IT.
• You like to learn new things.
• You have solid expertise in the Windows environment: Windows 10, standard Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel), assigning rights in file and directory structures, remote desktop tools, remote deployments.
• You have a first experience in Windows Server and you would like to understand the workings of Linux.
• You have basic knowledge in the field of networks. 
• Your German is fluent. Your English level is good. Other languages are an advantage.
