Mission Description:

The Security Project Manager's mission is to ensure information security within the organization. They oversee various areas, including Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), solution security, security architecture, and operational security. The security department aims to strengthen its team by bringing in a consultant specialized in project/program management to achieve its objectives.

Key Activities and Deliverables for this Mission:

• Conduct or supervise a pre-analysis (main functions, constraints, etc.) and project risk analysis.
• Identify suppliers, contacts, and experts, define the project charter, and establish project organization.
• Be responsible for internal and external kick-off meetings with the client to understand their needs and environment.
• Manage the phases of analysis document drafting, creating the specifications, analyzing offers, and placing orders.
• Define tasks and deliverables and create the project plan using an Agile approach, with short and rapid iterations focused on delivering value to meet client needs.
• Form the project team and lead it.
• Monitor projects (schedule, budget, scope) using the existing project management tool (P4 - Planisware).
• Unify all individuals involved in the project.
• Intervene and be hands-on in critical project phases, especially during high workloads or tight deadlines, focusing on technical aspects.
• Coordinate and supervise execution, testing, and training phases.
• Ensure the production deployment and provisional and final acceptance are tracked.
• Implement a quality approach (document charter, test plan, test supervision, test and analysis report, correction measures, etc.).
• Write documentation, technical specifications, and implementation support measures, such as usage policies.
• Depending on priorities, the Project Manager may also perform or participate in other activities related to the security department.

Profile Requirements:

• Professional Experience:At least 5 years of experience as a program/project manager for technical "IT for IT" projects (client = IT department).
• At least 2 years of experience in managing projects subject to public tenders within public administrations.
• Experience in cybersecurity-related projects is an asset.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Prince 2 or PMBOK) and Agile (Scrum), as well as project management tools. Certification in these methodologies is a plus.
• Significant and recent experience in defining and collecting requirements, process definition, preferably within a public organization, and a good knowledge of associated best practices and frameworks.
• General knowledge in IT infrastructure domains (network, client/server, databases, middleware, security, IAM, monitoring, and application delivery).
• Excellent organizational skills (managing multiple simultaneous projects).
• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both orally and in writing.
