IT Project Manager - Junior

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a Walloon public institution as a consultant for a mission focused on the fields of finance and digital.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to IT projects. Your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Initiating, Managing, and Monitoring Projects: You will be responsible for initiating, managing, and monitoring multiple IT-related projects.
- Coordinating IT Activities: You will coordinate IT activities, ensuring compliance with schedules and technical-functional constraints.
- Project Phase Coordination: You will participate in coordinating various project phases, from identifying needs to final acceptance.
- Governance and Methodology Management: You will ensure compliance with good governance and project management methodology.
- Procedure and Process Monitoring: You will oversee and ensure the proper implementation of procedures and processes related to project management, public procurement, and budget tracking.
- Risk Analysis: You will analyze risks and propose appropriate measures to manage them.
- Progress Reports: You will produce or contribute to the production of project progress reports.
- Technical Documentation: You will review technical and functional documents related to IT development and contribute to their writing and updating.
Profile Requirements (Skills, Experience, etc...)
Expected Skills:
- Possess knowledge or experience in IT project management.
- Technical knowledge in IT development, current architectures, and technologies (e.g., Angular, micro-service architecture).
- Familiarity with "emerging" technologies and their potential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to ensure the understanding of information received and transmitted, whether the interlocutor is technical or non-technical.
- Team-oriented, with synthesis and analysis skills, capable of identifying the essential aspects within a set of information.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
- Methodical, organized, rigorous, and autonomous in assigned tasks.
- Versatile, capable of easily transitioning from one task or project to another based on service needs.
- Ability to remain effective in stressful situations, maintaining the capacity to make thoughtful decisions and control emotions.
- Knowledge of the public sector, its areas of activity, and common job functions.
