We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to resolve complex issues and provide support for IT deployments.
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to resolve complex IT issues and support the deployment of advanced technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Configure and test software, drivers, and devices (PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones) using MECM.
- Ensure compatibility with standard IT configurations.
- Create technical documentation and user guides in English and French.
- Evaluate and benchmark software solutions.
- Maintain and update PC configurations, following ITIL best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French.
- 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow.
- Expertise in ITIL, MECM, MSI, PXE Server, and scripting (PowerShell, Visual Basic).
- Strong understanding of IT systems and architecture.
