Business Analyst
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for Knowledge Management and Oracle HCM?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to play a crucial role in the transition from PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle HCM. If you're ready to make a significant impact in our organization and shape our HR knowledge base, this opportunity is for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Knowledge review: Assess existing Knowledge Management content (both published and unpublished) to identify gaps and necessary changes for the Oracle HCM transition.
- Content improvement: Recommend enhancements to align current content with the functionalities of the new Oracle HCM system.
- Documentation: Draft a design principles document outlining the content requirements for various Oracle HCM functionalities, along with templates.
- Item management: Manage unpublished items that require archiving in our document management system (GED) and coordinate reviews as needed with IT.
- Content structure: Define the final structure, tone, language, and length for all future knowledge management items, ensuring compliance with current standards.
- Best practices: Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies for effective knowledge management and communications.
- Procedure development: Create a new knowledge management procedure that outlines the workflow from an administrator perspective, including user roles and approval flows.
- Manuals and guidelines: Develop comprehensive knowledge management manuals, handbooks, and guidelines tailored to the new HR system.
- Article creation: Build and draft knowledge management articles for Oracle HCM, implementing the new formatting and structure that meets organizational needs.
- Validation liaison: Collaborate with business owners, Employee Relations, and Communications teams to ensure validation of relevant articles.
Qualifications:
Essential knowledge:
- Strong business analysis skills with experience in knowledge mapping.
- Proficient in creating documentation and taxonomy.
- Expertise in Knowledge Management tools and Document Management systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM functionalities, including HR Helpdesk, Journeys, HCM Communicate, Oracle Digital Assistant, and Oracle Guided Learning.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Required competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to leverage various channels for maximum business value.
- Strong writing skills with a client-focused approach.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and regulations.
