IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to successfully oversee the development of IT solutions, whether new implementations or enhancements to existing systems.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the project from its technical conception to final delivery. This role involves coordinating a team dedicated to level 3 support and application corrections, as well as managing multiple teams based on their respective activities and components. The project manager will also ensure adherence to quality, security, reusability, robustness standards, and oversee adherence to defined timelines and budgets.
- Define, adapt, and optimize the project roadmap/planning based on encountered constraints.
- Organize, coordinate, and lead the dedicated project team, allocating and planning tasks according to available skills.
- Supervise work progress, generate progress reports, and raise alerts if necessary.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Evaluate operational maintenance costs for the solutions.
- Technical Specifications and Implementation:
- Participate in the technical design of the project and ensure its feasibility.
- Oversee implementation tasks (development, hardware installation, middleware configuration, deployment, testing, etc.).
- Identify potential problems and risks, proposing action plans to address them.

- Excellent knowledge of project management and quality assurance (e.g., PM2, PMBOK, ITIL); a project management certification is required.

- Ability to work in a team and motivate project team members.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to changing situations.
