Key Responsibilities:

• VDI Architecture and Design: As the Senior VDI Expert, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of our VDI environment. You'll work on crafting solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Offer your expertise to provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators when they encounter VDI-related issues. Troubleshooting and problem resolution will be second nature to you.
• Platform Optimization: Provide guidance on optimizing desktops for seamless integration and interoperability across various VDI technologies.
• Endpoint Support: In this role, you will be instrumental in addressing and resolving endpoint-related issues, ensuring that users enjoy a smooth and trouble-free experience with our Virtual Desktop systems.
• Technical Expertise: As our Senior VDI Expert, you will maintain an advanced knowledge base encompassing the administration, engineering, and implementation of VDI technologies.
• Multi-Environment Operation: You'll operate across multiple complex production environments, collaborating with various stakeholders to meet our VDI objectives.
• Technical Recommendations: Offer valuable insights through technical and trade studies, assisting stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding solutions.

Your Profile: Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven experience with AWS VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Desktop.
• Expertise in VDI user profile management for seamless user experiences and data integrity.
• Proficiency in customizing Windows Operating System images for VDI-specific optimization.
• Familiarity with Windows Defender for Endpoint and its integration within VDI environments.
• Strong knowledge of integrating VDI with Office 365 services for productivity and collaboration.
• Experience in managing desktops using Intune and/or SCCM for efficient endpoint management.
• Skill in software packaging and deployment processes to ensure reliable software delivery to virtual desktops.
