Project Assistant PMO

In this key role, you will be the central point of coordination for planning and control activities, ensuring the seamless execution of projects while facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities :
- Support the planning and tracking of orders.
- Assist in budgeting, monthly invoicing, and regular reforecasting.
- Monitor and optimize budget planning.
- Create and maintain clear, relevant reports.
- Manage release processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Organize, conduct, and document follow-up meetings.
- Identify and plan for new functional and technical requirements.
- Maintain and administer Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
Profile :
- Basic knowledge of project and risk management.
- Expertise in reporting, data analysis, and impactful presentation creation.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- German proficiency at C1 minimum or native level, essential for navigating a professional environment.
- Strong organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
