DevOps Coach

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Coach to guide and support agile development teams in building and improving application foundations. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing tools, and implementing best practices for development, deployment, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Empower Teams: Coach teams on DevOps best practices, from CI/CD pipelines to software craftsmanship.
- Streamline Processes: Identify pain points, improve workflows, and optimize tool usage.
- Mentor & Train: Provide hands-on training in areas such as TDD, BDD, containerization, and cloud technologies.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with teams to improve communication and efficiency.
Your Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in DevOps or software development.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Java, CI/CD platforms, Git/SVN, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and team player with a mentoring mindset.
Languages:
- English: Required
- French/Dutch: A plus
