Your missions :
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Ensure process adherence and documentation: Follow established change management processes and document all steps, approvals, and communications.
- Assess and analyze change impact: Evaluate proposed changes to understand their potential impact on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
- Leverage basic technical knowledge: Use your understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, applications, etc.) to assess the risks and impacts of changes effectively.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable smooth communication, prompt impact analysis, and efficient change planning.
- Provide reporting: Prepare change reports based on KPIs and SLAs, and present them to stakeholders in relevant forums.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIR): Perform post-change evaluations to identify issues and implement corrective actions to reduce failed changes.
Your profile :
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience: 4-6 years in IT change management.
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications, to evaluate changes effectively.
- Tool knowledge: Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Analytical skills: Ability to assess risks and identify potential impacts on IT environments.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple change requests in a structured and efficient manner.
