As part of the modernization and digitalization of our client's OT/IT network infrastructure, we are looking for an OT/IT Network Architect to strengthen their team. You will play a central role in the design and implementation of critical network architectures in the electricity and gas distribution sector, ensuring the secure and efficient interconnection of OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing networks and systems and evaluate technical communication solutions.
• Design, develop, and document robust and secure network architectures for OT/IT environments related to electricity and gas distribution.
• Lead transformation and optimization projects for OT/IT networks, ensuring high availability and optimal functioning of systems.
• Ensure interoperability and convergence of OT and IT systems while complying with security standards and regulations in force.
• Supervise the implementation of network solutions, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions tailored to OT environments.
• Conduct technological watch to identify new solutions and trends to optimize network performance.
• Advise and support technical teams and project managers on best network practices.
• Ensure operational and technical documentation of systems and streamline solutions for better cost control.
• Develop and ensure the use of network standards while monitoring their evolution.
• Assist, advise, and mentor internal or external technicians.
• Participate in the analysis of IT and business projects as an expert.
• Contribute to the drafting of calls for tenders (public markets) and ensure their follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in the design and implementation of network architectures in critical environments.
• Mastery of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, MPLS) and OT protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and specific constraints of OT networks in the energy sector.
• Experience in integrating IT and OT systems with a focus on security and resilience.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity challenges in critical infrastructures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work in a multicultural environment.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to make critical technical decisions.
• Fluency in French and technical English.
