We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic environment within the financial sector, working on complex systems and transformation initiatives related to Private Equity operations and the eFront platform.
Your Responsibilities
You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, translated, and successfully implemented.
- Collaborate with key users and business owners to gather, challenge, and prioritize business requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of change requests, working closely with stakeholders and service providers
- Assess impacts, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligned with business needs and system architecture
- Produce detailed functional and project specifications
- Act as the main interface between business experts, solution architects, data governance teams, and implementation partners
- Provide second-level support to end users, including training delivery and documentation updates for the eFront platform
Testing & Delivery
- Define and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and relevant datasets
- Execute testing cycles, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions
- Support development teams on business and functional topics, particularly for data migration and data quality initiatives
Project Contribution & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to projects involving multiple systems and domains
- Actively support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across processes
- Provide constructive feedback on team practices, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to roles and responsibilities
- Promote best practices aligned with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
Your Profile
- Degree in IT or a related field, ideally with a focus on Business Analysis
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis and project management within financial organizations
- Strong expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Proven experience in testing IT applications in the financial domain
- Deep knowledge of Private Equity processes and hands-on experience with the eFront platform
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
- Strong written communication skills in English (C1 level or equivalent)
- Business Analysis certification is considered an asset
