We are looking for an experienced Senior Redwood Finance Automation Consultant to join a large-scale international transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on Finance Automation initiatives, driving process optimization, workflow orchestration, and SAP integration projects in a highly dynamic and technology-driven landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Finance Automation solutions using Redwood technologies.
  • Develop and customize Redwood processes, Process Chains, workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • Build automation logic using REL (Redwood Expression Language) and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Redwood solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other ERP platforms.
  • Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Support the technical design and scalability of Finance and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and defects.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, workflow specifications, and test results.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Redwood Finance Automation.
  • Proven expertise in configuring Redwood Processes, Chains, and Process Chains.
  • Experience with Redwood Data Transformers and Redwood Tables.
  • Advanced knowledge of Redwood Orchestrator, Runner, and Workbench.
  • Practical experience developing workflow logic using REL (Redwood Expression Language).
  • Solid JavaScript development skills for automation and business rule implementation.
  • Strong background in Finance Automation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and Accounting processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
  • Proven experience with ERP integrations.
  • Good knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation concepts.
  • Experience in technical solution design for automation initiatives.
  • Strong testing experience including SIT and UAT.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical defects.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Senior-level consultant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience in Redwood environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in international project teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
