As an AI Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, structuring, and evaluating AI opportunities across critical business processes within the energy sector. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and project teams to transform innovative ideas into actionable and prioritized AI use cases.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating and supporting workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business experts and stakeholders.
- Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities where AI technologies can deliver operational and strategic value.
- Researching AI methodologies, emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Designing and documenting AI use cases, including:
- Business objectives and problem statements
- Data requirements and availability
- Technical feasibility assessments
- Risk analysis
- Cost-benefit evaluations
- Implementation considerations
- Developing and maintaining standardized frameworks and templates to ensure consistency and comparability across AI initiatives.
- Providing innovative perspectives and external insights to challenge existing assumptions and uncover new opportunities.
- Supporting project planning, stakeholder alignment, and prioritization activities throughout the engagement.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build a clear roadmap for future AI adoption.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with project objectives.
- Strong understanding of business operations within complex industrial environments.
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector is highly valued.
- Knowledge of areas such as asset management, operations, maintenance, network planning, customer service, or infrastructure management is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English is required.
