Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst – Digital Currency & Cash Management, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Program Manager in managing program activities.
- Preparing and monitoring key deliverables: roadmap, KPIs, financial reporting, and governance materials.
- Ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of specific initiatives related to the program.
- Documenting the business vision and translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Facilitating governance and decision-making processes.
- Ensuring alignment between product teams and IT teams.
- Managing risks, quality, and issues follow-up.
- Documenting validation processes and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Acting as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Profile
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in project-driven environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with IT, business, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
- Strong knowledge of international payment ecosystems.
- Experience with blockchain, DLT, or digital currency topics.
- Previous experience in the banking sector is mandatory.
- Good understanding of payment management.
- Knowledge of correspondent banking operating models.
- Experience with digital currency strategies and products is a plus.
- Experience in finance or treasury is an advantage.
Language Requirements
- French: mandatory.
- English: excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Dutch: a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
