We are looking for a candidate able to lead IT projects and/or product teams in a dynamic environment, at the heart of digitalisation and the energy transition in Europe.
Your Mission
As an IT Project Manager / Application Management , you will be responsible for managing IT projects and/or product teams from initiation to deployment. You will also work in an Agile/Scrum environment, potentially acting as Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects and/or product teams end-to-end
- Monitor scope, budget, planning, risks and issues
- Produce project documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint execution
- Work with the business to define priorities and sprint content
- Synchronise dependencies with other IT teams (upstream/downstream)
- Challenge business requirements prior to validation
- Validate specifications and contribute to functional/technical designs based on Microsoft technologies
- Lead internal/external developers with the support of the .NET technical lead
- Define and follow up the testing and quality strategy
- Ensure production release follow-up (release management)
- Provide user support (2nd line) and drive incident management processes
- Organise and prioritise maintenance of developed solutions
Required Profile
- Strong English, plus good level of Dutch and/or French
- University degree in IT and/or Electricity / Engineering

Several years of experience in:
- IT project management and/or business analysis
- Microsoft environment: .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server
- Mandatory experience with Agile and/or Lean management
- Excellent communication skills (business & technical stakeholders)
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, strong organisational skills
- Team player with a customer-driven mindset
- Experience in the energy/electricity sector is a plus
- Digitalisation experience is an asset
- Willingness to occasionally work on projects outside Belgium if needed
