Role Overview:
Join a forward-thinking initiative aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of city services. As a Senior Application Tester, you will contribute to the Smart City vision by validating complex digital processes and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain end-to-end test scenarios (ST & SIT) based on technical and functional specifications.
- Execute test cases in non-production environments and analyze results.
- Identify and document anomalies, and follow up on resolutions.
- Provide progress reports on test execution and suggest improvements after each test phase.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure test coverage and alignment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and tools.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Methodologies: Agile (Advanced)
- Tools: Azure DevOps, Postman, Redmine, Testrail
- Technologies: Dynamics 365, BPMN
- Languages: French (Native), English (Professional), Dutch (Nice to have)
Ideal Profile:
- Recent hands-on experience in application testing, ideally within digital platforms and CRM environments.
- Strong understanding of E2E testing involving cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with public sector projects is a plus.
- ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to write, execute, and manage complex test scenarios.
