We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team and lead strategic projects in a demanding international environment. This position requires strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Main Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a Principal or Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of assigned projects in compliance with internal standards and procedures.
Your key duties will include:
- Delivering projects within defined scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
- Identifying, planning, and allocating resources to meet project objectives.
- Managing communication and coordination between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Anticipating risks and initiating corrective actions when needed.
- Monitoring project financial performance and contributing to budget planning.
- Leading project meetings and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external parties.
- Acting as deputy for the Senior Project Manager when required.
Profile Required

University degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- In the absence of a degree, significant professional experience (minimum 10 years) in IT project management may compensate.
- Recognized project management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of recent experience in large-scale IT project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with tact, diplomacy, and leadership ability.
Desirable Skills
- Proven success managing C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) projects.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of governmental or defense acquisition policies and procurement procedures.

Work environment: Office setting, with possible travel once or twice per month
