In accordance with the quality and security procedures currently in place within the customer IT department, the candidate is an adaptable and self-motivated person that will carry out the following duties for the Transfer Agent activity:

 Contribute to the incident and problem management, based on an ITIL based operating framework

 Monitor the production environment and report to the Application Support manager


 Multifonds TA knowledge or significant experience in a Transfer Agency department

 Expertise in TA processes and other applications (NTAS) is a key advantage

 Highly motivated and work dedicated

 Customer service / solution oriented and able to meet deadline constraints

 Numerate and accurate

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

 Practice of SQL and IT skills

 Resourceful and capable to work with high degree of autonomy in uncharted territory

 Strive to keep his management informed

 Language skills

Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential

Soft skills

 Analytical skills. Organizational skills, Communication skills

 Result-driven, Teamwork, Taking initiatives
